COVID - 19 Update

As of May 26, 2020, the College of Chiropractors of Ontario has lifted its suspension on chiropractic services, and non-essential and elective services are permitted to be gradually restarted, subject to a number of requirements. For more information, please refer to the official statement. 

We are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients and prioritize the health and safety of our patients, staff, and community. As such, we have been gradually restarting clinic operations, under the guidance and recommendations made by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and the Ministry of Health.  Additional protocols and accommodations will be made to ensure that the clinic remains a comfortable, safe and hygienic space for each patient and staff member. 

Thank you for your continued patience as we navigate the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. 

To help us provide you with the best care possible, please make note of the following guidelines (PDF version can be found here) :

 Key points include: 

-TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR PATIENTS AND STAFF, ALL PATIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF VACCINATION (AT LEAST TWO SHOTS) AND TEMPERATURE CHECK BEFORE ENTERING FOR TREATMENT.

-Wearing surgical or non-medical masks (cloth masks, face coverings) when entering the clinic. Please refer to this resource from the Ministry of Health 

-Monitoring your own health and symptoms 

-Maintaining good hand hygiene through hand-washing and the use of hand sanitizer

-Maintaining appropriate social distancing in the clinic

-Using contact-less payment and limiting the exchange of paper 

We assure you that we will be implementing safety measures as well, including active and passive screening, installation of a plexiglass barrier, appropriate PPE supplies for all staff, access to hand sanitizer, a safe patient flow schedule, and frequent cleaning and disinfection. 

Preparing for your appointment: 

We kindly ask that you bring a change of clothes for treatment, including loose-fitting shorts and a T-shirt/tank top/sports bra. 

​If possible, please prepare a form of contact-less payment, such as a credit card or debit card. This helps us limit the exchange of physical bills. Receipts will be emailed to you. 

In addition, to assist in our efforts of limiting the exchange of paper, we ask that you refer to our Forms and Paperwork page for digital copies of our forms. These can be filled out digitally and emailed to us before your appointment. If you are not computer savvy or do not feel comfortable using digital forms, please let us know before your appointment and we will prepare paper copies for you to fill out in your vehicle. Note that you will have to arrive earlier to fill out forms in person. If you have any questions about how to fill out the forms, simply send us an email or give us a call. 

​Things will be looking a bit different at the clinic...

​Visitors will not be permitted to accompany you inside the clinic, unless they are children or the elderly. Parents may accompany children for their appointments. 

There will be no waiting room seating. When you arrive, please call us at (905) 943-9388 and remain in your vehicle. When we are ready for you, we will call you back. 

We understand that these protocols may cause inconvenience, but we hope that you will collaborate with us to create a safe space for all.

If you have previously booked an appointment that has been cancelled due to the temporary closure of the clinic, our staff will call to contact you. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we try to reschedule your appointment.
